Our team then goes to work on creating an ‘Implementation Plan’ to successfully solve your problem and prepare you for the future. This step of our process is basically a map to help you navigate our next steps as we move through your software implementation project. Once you’re happy with the timeframes and the steps involved, we go to the next step.
Here we start following our ‘Implementation Plan’ to ensure your software is configured and setup properly for your business. We understand you’re busy, and taking time out of your day for back and forth just isn’t appealing—this is why we make this process as easy as possible. We’ll provide a list of everything we need, you hand it to us, we keep you updated with progress reports, and we’ll give you back your new system.
Now that you’ve got the software solution to your business problems, it’s important that you know how to use it. Here we’ll provide a customised training program that goes through all the crucial steps to run this software successfully. This onboarding process can be taught onsite or remotely depending on what you and your team would prefer. We won’t leave until you’re satisfied that you and your team know how to use this new system autonomously.
Having a new software system, especially if you’ve used the same one for years, can be a bit tricky at the start. That’s why we make sure you and your team have unlimited access to us immediately after you start using the system to provide help.
